I have never received a call or email with explanation. My credit card was charged the very same day but I have never received the product. “I placed my order a month ago for floodlights.I have other lights I purchased that do not work and they will not replace outside the 30 days from purchase, only offer discount on new ones.” Called them, they have no idea what’s going on. By the way – dont take the lifetime replacement they offer just more money down the drain. STILL No credit – excuses and non- response. ![]() ![]() Not happy but agreed just to be done with this company. I received an email outlining my choices – (now a 40%) credit for my inconvenience to keep bulbs. I asked for a Supervisor to call me cant guarantee when one will be able to call. I asked to speak with a Supervisor- none available. “My two options (from customer service) pay more money to return or accept an immediate 20% discount if I kept them.“Lights I ordered 2 months ago have not arrived and no contact from Boundrey about my order, just continuous excuses when I contact them.”.I spent $110 on these rip off bulbs and cant get the courtesy of a written response.” I saw one email that marked my complaint as RESOLVED. The only answer I got was a standard letter sent to ALL recipients about their return policy. From Better Business Bureau: “ Ive written 8 emails requesting the ****** label and requesting my debit card be refunded.So, if you’re having trouble getting in touch with them, posting there may be worth a try. I see replies from Boundery to posts on Better Business Bureau. Im getting more to light up our new play area for our Christmas puppies…so yes worth the buy, and worth the cost, but dont expect one to light up an entire back yard!” I have them strung from my house to my barn to light up the walkway and they are very sensitive (which helps scare off wild critters so cant argue about that!) but the reach is very limited.
