He was voiced by Bill Buell in Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven, and Rick Pasqualone onward, including the remake, Mafia: Definitive Edition. During the events of the third game, an older Vito teams up with new player character Lincoln Clay in order to take down the Marcano Crime Family. Vito is a mobster who becomes a made man for the Falcone crime family alongside his best friend Joe Barbaro. He is also the final antagonist in the epilogue of Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven and its remake Mafia: Definitive Edition. Make your way out of the police search zone and you will be free. Unlike other pursuits, you will need to stay in your car for the duration of this chase. If you need to, shoot out the tires of a couple and you should have enough room to escape. Do your best to break their line of sight. After that, you will need to escape the police. Once you take down Grecco, this will trigger a cutscene. You may have to take down some of Marcano’s men at the same time. Hop out of your car (safely) and perform a takedown on Grecco before he can get into another car. After you have taken out 2+ of his tires, his car will eventually give out. Stay on Grecco as best as you can and target his tires with your shots. Although Vito will do his best to help, the most damage will be done when you begin to shoot at the enemies. Marcano’s men will be hot on your tail, doing their best to take you out. Your ultimate goal is to disable Grecco’s car, but you will face heavy resistance as you attempt to do so. You will assume the role of the driver as Vito maniacally fires from the passenger’s seat. Drive to the meeting point to start the mission. Though this mission can take a while, it's very straight forward in nature.
